Our recent 2020, 2021 and 2022 HIA win of 'Western Australia's Professional Major Builder/Renovator' recognises our people's talent, commitment and achievements.We are looking for skilled Carpenters to join our Team, this position will work across multiple locations including Perth Metro, North West and the South West.Duties and responsibilities:Read and interpret technical drawings and designsUse power tools to cut and prepare timber and assemble wood to form structures as requiredBuild and erect frameworksFit and install window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using a carpenter's level, plumb bob, and laser levels.Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.Ensure installations are aligned and secure and meet building standards and codesUse relevant tools such as saws, drills, hammer, nail guns, etc. and skilled in both hand and power toolsAdhere to safety regulations and industry standardsSkills and experience:Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experienceGood communication and ability to work in a teamIf this sounds like a perfect role for you, and you feel you can add value to our company, we look forward to hearing from you today.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a carpenter?Do you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)?Have you completed a qualification in carpentry?How many years' experience do you have in the construction industry?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?We are passionate about people and creating a friendly and family-like culture for our employees.
