We're offering a 6-month full-time internship in our Technical Support department as a Technical Support Engineer.
Technical Support Intern As a passionate problem solver, your regular activities will include evaluating, setting, and managing customer-reported problems including escalation activities and communications.
You'll never stop learning and will be encouraged to bring your best to work every day.
Required Qualifications Target majors include all the STEM faculties, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.You're a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025 or a recent graduate (within 1 year of graduation).Strong communication skills in English – both written and verbal.Leadership abilities.
Your past experiences demonstrate you'll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.You're interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.You're curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable.
These are our values and influence everything we do.Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of Python, R, SQL, SAS is preferred.Experience with at least one of the following operating systems is preferred: Windows, UNIX, or Linux.
General understanding of Windows, Unix, and Linux is required.Base Location & Work Arrangement: Sydney, Australia (we operate in a hybrid working model where we can build rapport and connect with others)Paid Internship at $68,000 ANZ annual salary converted into duration worked.Internship Timeframe: Applications open: November 4Interviews begin: November 4 on a rolling basis.Internship: April 5 Start (Duration: 6 months)Perks of the job Work with (and learn from) the best.
