As a Career Consultant your job will entail: Understanding and supporting clients who have barriers to employment e.g.
mental and physical disabilities, to develop and achieve employment goals.Contacting potential employers to create and source employment opportunities for clients.Assisting clients to identify their skills, abilities and past transferable experiences to obtain sustainable employment.Assisting clients to up-skill and seek pathways to employment by referring them to appropriate vocational and non-vocational services.Providing excellent customer service to clients, employers and stakeholders.Building rapport and lasting relationships with employers/stakeholders e.g.
