We are looking for a driven Camp Manager to lead the team at PCYC Bornhoffen to success.
You will drive this successful camp business through an exciting period of growth and redevelopment.
This role collaborates closely with the Outdoor Recreation Manager to oversee the catering, cleaning and maintenance team while being the first point of contact for clients.
As the Camp Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while also ensuring compliance requirements are being met.
Furthermore, you will be confident with financial administration and business planning with proven experience in these areas.

About You
A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role Demonstrated high-level verbal and written communication and coordination skills Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to implement and manage change in a clear, logical manner A proactive attitude, with the ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment Evidence of being able to manage a multi-disciplinary team and provide strong leadership Prior experience managing P&L with strong financial and commercial acumen Current Driver's License, able to travel as required Highly Desirable
Previous experience working in the Not-for-Profit Sector Tertiary qualifications in business and/or recreation discipline Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies.
All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
