UGL is an employer with a difference, jump on board and experience our incredible journey.About the roleThis is an Expression of Interest for a Camp Manager.UGL Major Projects division is expecting significant growth for 2025 in Western Australia as we support large Building Services Projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for locals and those open to FIFO and DIDO roles.Key Responsibilities:Ensuring catering and consumables stocks are ordered to meet scope and budget.Maintain high level of customer satisfaction in all aspects of camp services.Day to day client representation and reporting as required.Always maintain camp in a clean and hygienic condition.Management of all village operations including administration, catering, and cleaning services.Maximising revenue opportunities and maintaining strict cost control measures.Maintaining consistent operational and people performance across site.Ensure adequate resourcing and rostering for all services to be delivered at site.Ensure a strong site safety culture and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).About youMinimum 4 years experience in resources service-related industry.Proven experience managing mining camp/village operations or an extensive hospitality management background.Financial acumen – experience in understanding budgets, managing P&L, labour/resourcing allocation and cost control.Previous catering, accommodation management experience or chef qualifications are highly desirable.Understanding and adherence to Workplace Health and Safety Standards.Current knowledge of Food Safety Standards.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Valid First Aid and CPR certification preferred.Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.Why Unite with the Very BestA competitive salary working in a rewarding, supportive and successful team.Flexible and blended work environment; make use of leave, flexible working and our 16 weeks paid primary parental leave options.Help create your Individual Development Plan and create significant opportunities for your professional development.A rewarding Wellness Program with AIA Vitality – earn cashback for gym shoes!We'll give you access to a multitude of rewards: Through our partnerships we can offer you discounts across shopping, food and wine, insurance, health and wellbeing, leisure and entertainment.You can also take advantage of our salary sacrifice options including cars, eligible portable electronic devices and professional memberships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
