The role of the Dispatch Operator will require availability in the office Monday to Friday.

Calls will range in complexity but predominantly involve taking requests for maintenance work and following a process to create & dispatch work order requests.
You can expect to: Respond to high volume inbound/outbound activities from members of the community or technicians/contractorsMonitor and optimise work order outcomesProvide a positive customer experienceMatch customer needs to solutionsManage the customer experience through dispatching work ordersCase management of service outcomes/managing urgent or high-priority work orders needing fast resolutionMaintain and update various databases, spreadsheets, and documentsWhat you bring to the role: Previous experience in a similar role with a strong passion for delivering quality customer serviceProven ability to work within a similar environment with multiple customers and leading large teams (For Lead and Management positions)Must be tech-savvy, with strong computer application skills; MS Office, SAP, or similarResilience when dealing with challenging activitiesEnjoyment of a fast-paced, high-volume environmentA genuine care for customers and a desire to make a positive impact on local communitiesDiversityVentia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents, and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
