Call Centre Representative | Afternoon & Evening Hours

As a call centre representative, you will be assisting customers over the phone, email and live chat on various enquiries regarding the use of the company's online platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support across phone, email, and live chat channels.
Assist with customer enquiries, ensuring a seamless experience on our platform.
Your Work Schedule: Tuesday to Friday: 2 PM - 10 PM (1 day in the office)  Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays: 12 PM - 8 PM (Penalty rates of 1.5x apply) This is a full-time permanent opportunity  About You: Customer service experience (call-centre preferred but not essential) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work hours outlined Perks & Benefits: Salary: $65K+Super+Penality rates on weekend+ Annual Bonus  Training provided  Internal progression opportunities Subsidised insurance premiums up to $2000 after 1 year.
