The Role
As a café manager at Miss Maud, you'll spearhead café operations by supervising and training staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining smooth daily functions. This dynamic role demands strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire: Motivate, support, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Customer Service Excellence: Uphold Miss Maud's high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness. Deliver memorable customer experiences and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including financials, inventory, and staff scheduling. Drive sales growth while ensuring the highest quality standards.Hands-On Approach: Be actively involved in café operations, supporting your team and tackling various tasks to keep the café running smoothly.
