Are you an experienced professional with a proven track record in running smooth and efficient café operations? We're seeking a Cafe Manager who excels in overseeing daily activities, ensuring high-quality service, sales performance and maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our café operations. From overseeing staff schedules and training to ensuring that every customer has a great experience, your leadership will be key to the café's success. You'll manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure growth in sales performance and meeting high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the café runs efficiently and smoothly. Ensure boost in sales, including upselling, promotions, and customer loyalty programs. Manage, train, and motivate a team of baristas, and all-rounders ensuring excellent customer service. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure availability of fresh ingredients. Maintain a high standard of service, addressing customer concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience. Assist in managing the café's budget, cost control, and financial reporting. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed. Requirements:
