Cafe Head Chef

Successful applicants should have experience in contemporary café-style cuisine.
The Chef role will include the following essential duties: Menu development (ability to accommodate intolerances and allergies and high level of presentation) Experience in a production kitchen Managing food and labor costs High level of attention to detail Demonstrate a high level of accountability and responsibility Proven experience in a similar role. Organized Reliable and adaptable. Speed and efficiency Liaising with suppliers to get the best prices Rostering Be able to work with a weekly budget Food preparation, cooking, plating, presentation Waste reduction and monitoring Staff training and development - working alongside the team - this is a hands-on role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
