Cafe/Buffet Clerk -Part/Full Time

Country GrocerBowen Road is looking for aFull and Part Time Café/ Buffet Clerk to join their awesome team! The Café Buffet Clerk will be responsible for prepping and cooking products to be sold from our in-store buffets. The Cafe/ Buffet will clerk also be responsible for keeping the area clean and closing duties including cleaning. The position requires an individual who has a passion for food, able to multitask and work well in a team as well as on their own.
Some of what you will do: You will prepare/cook buffet product for purchase You'll follow Food Safe procedures at all times You will insure correct quantities of food are prepared to meet daily needs You will assist customers by answering their questions and addressing their concerns You'll maintain a clean and sanitary department at all times Requirements Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 1 year cooking experience preferred Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills FoodSafe certification preferred; However Country Grocer will be happy to help you obtain Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
