We would like to hear from you if you are a Cadet Building Certifier with experience within the residential, multi-residential, and commercial services.
$65,000 - $75,000 + Super (based on experience)
Full time permanent position
Location – Townsville
About the Role:
Due to continued growth and an increased workload, we are actively seeking applicants to fill a professional role as a Cadet Building Certifier in North Queensland.
About You:
• Certification experience in residential, multi-residential, and commercial services
• Previous building certification experience preferred
• Undertake efficient inspections to ensure client obligations are met relevant to compliance
• Knowledge of technical building & construction practices, building codes, and standards
• Intermediate computer literacy skillset
Qualifications / Licences:
• Diploma of Building Surveying - Graduate
• Ability to obtain membership with AIBS
• White card
• Current drivers licence
