The Role Häfele Australia's in-house production & design facility (known as Service+) is located in Pakenham, where we produce all Häfele showrooms, exhibitions, and displays nationally. This facility also supports our customers with a range of value-added services, allowing us to "do the work for them." From the transfer of knowledge, accompanying them via planning and production through to installation and maintenance services.
We offer a vast range of services such as in-house packaging, cut to size, and pre-assembled products along with many other customised solutions and maintenance agreements. The successful candidate will assist in the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of display and showroom cabinetry, kitchens, and custom trade show stands. Key responsibilities include:
Build, manufacture, and install custom displays, joinery, and samples based on plans and designs provided.Assist and collaborate on the development of new displays being introduced and manufactured by our Service+ team.Daily delivery drives between our various sites when required.Attend product service or warranty calls on-site when required.About You Qualified Cabinetmaker or Joiner.Confident in using power and other production tools & machinery including CNC, Edge bander, and panel saws.Willingness to learn and develop new skills in design and programming.Positive 'can do' attitude & passionate about safety.Team player with a strong work ethic, results-focused, self-motivated, can work unsupervised, and approaches challenges in an innovative and collaborative manner.Experience working in a fast-paced environment and functions well under pressure with strong problem-solving ability.Ability to adapt to changes throughout projects of a custom nature.Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.Time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines.Process-driven with a high level of attention to detail.MR heavy vehicle license an advantage.What We Offer Innovative and forward-thinking business with growth & advancement opportunities.Competitive remuneration.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Christmas Bonus.Company Uniform Supplied. #J-18808-Ljbffr
