Pearl Flight Centre, a subsidiary of Paspaley Pearling Group, is looking for Cabin Crew based in Northern Territory,Darwin to join and support our team.We provide essential support to aircraft ranging from high-capacity turboprops to luxurious business jets.
We have scheduled and ADHOC customers, providing services to the industry from private, charter, military, general aviation, commercial, and medical operators.Given the fact that we spend a percentage of our lives working, it is our priority that you feel supported, challenged, and enjoy the people around you—everyone is treated equally.Job Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board by following established protocols and procedures.Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs and expectations of passengers.Transport and escort passengers and handle baggage.Demonstrate thorough knowledge of safety equipment, emergency procedures, and first aid techniques.Communicate effectively with the flight crew, ground staff, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.Handle passenger enquiries, resolve issues, and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy.Stay up to date about industry regulations and company policies, always maintaining compliance.To Be Successful In This Position, The Candidate RequiresA positive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and be an effective team player.Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional and safe service.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Being highly organised, reliable, and trustworthy.Effective communication and liaison skills with all levels of internal and external parties.A love for working in a front-line airport environment and a passion for aviation.Desired But Not EssentialCurrent Dangerous Goods (DG) CertificateCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent Human Factors CertificateAircraft Radio Telephone Operator certificateCurrent DAMP Awareness Training CertificateCurrent COVID-19 infection control training certificateCurrent ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)Current ADA (Authority to Drive Airside)Aviation moves all hours of the day and night; each shift at Pearl Flight Centre will never be the same.All employees will be subject to pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.
