Four Seasons Hotel is looking for In-Room Dining Attendant to join our establishment.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by delivering food and beverage orders to our pool area as well as guest rooms.
You will provide friendly and efficient service while adhering to established procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities and Tasks: Receive and review food and beverage orders from guests or the front desk, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare food and beverage items for delivery, including assembling trays, plating dishes, and arranging cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
Ensure all orders are correctly labelled, noting any special dietary requirements or guest preferences.
Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and courteously to guest rooms, ensuring proper handling and presentation.
Greet guests upon delivery, verify order accuracy, and respond to any additional requests or inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Collect payment, process transactions accurately, and reconcile cash and credit card receipts.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to assist guests with questions and provide recommendations.
Monitor and restock inventory of room service supplies, including linens, glassware, cutlery, condiments, and amenities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, including the room service kitchen, storage areas, and delivery trollies.
Follow established food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure the safety and quality of food and beverages.
Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and front desk, to coordinate orders and resolve any issues or delays.
Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, addressing concerns promptly, and exceeding expectations whenever possible.
Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required to enhance knowledge and skills.
