The Role Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Butler team on a Part Time Overnight basis (Hours from 2300 to 0730, 48 - 76 hours per fortnight).
In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as: Providing remarkable end-to-end experience to VIP guests  Responsible for planning and coordinating food & beverage service Handling guest requests and utilising problem-solving skills to ensure guest needs are met at all times About you You'll bring the following: Be able to work permanently on overnight shifts A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experience An ability to multitask and work under pressure Abilty to problem solve and make quick decisions
