Manage escalated enquiries and requests and provide support and advice to customer support staff to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Provide administration management support and manage priority requests as required in accordance with agreed timeframes. Work collaboratively and promote effective working relationships with stakeholders. Liaise with and engage stakeholders regarding Business Support Team performance information and statistics to facilitate the exchange of information, support decision making processes and assist in the effective monitoring of service performance. Review, create and/or modify knowledge base articles where necessary to equip staff to provide a responsive customer service. Actively maintain high level operational knowledge of a range of corporate technology and practices relevant to a procurement and contract management environment. Prepare reports, briefing notes as and where required on behalf of the business unit. Continuously seek to improve work practices, internal processes, and procedures. Respond proactively and flexibly to change with a continual focus on stakeholders' needs. Understand procurement, contract management and governance principles. Display rigor in analysis and apply specialist knowledge, together with proven effective written and verbal communication skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.
