About the Role: The City of Greater Dandenong Youth and Family Services is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and enthusiastic Business Support Officer to join a highly professional service.
About You: The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills with experience in customer service, administration, and sound time management skills.
Key skills and attributes include: Demonstrated experience working within a community-focused administration role in a culturally diverse workforce.Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills and the capacity to work in a team environment with discretion/confidentiality in the preparation of routine correspondence and reports.Excellent customer service skills, knowledge, and ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media platforms, and the ability to learn new computer databases.Ability to manage time and organise own work to complete tasks within the predetermined order of priority and established timelines.Benefits of Working with Us: Council believes in providing an environment where staff thrive, both in the work they do and in how they learn and develop as people and professionals.
