We are currently recruiting a 6-12 month contract for a business based in Sydney CBD.
This role is a parental leave cover, however has the potential to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

The Role The Business Support Officer will play a pivotal role in providing administrative and operational support to the executive team.
The role involves coordinating travel, managing meetings, offering executive assistance, and providing reception support when required.
This is a key position that helps maintain smooth daily operations by working with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Travel Coordination: Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport, as well as manage visa requirements and prepare detailed itineraries.
Meeting Room Management: Ensure meeting rooms are available and maintained for internal and external meetings, managing the booking process and room readiness.
Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparing materials for meetings and boards.
Reception Support: Provide coverage for reception during breaks and absences, ensuring smooth communication and a professional first impression for the office.
Diversity and Inclusion: Support company-wide initiatives to promote an inclusive and diverse work culture.
Skills and Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Discretion and ability to manage confidential information professionally.
