Business Support Officer

The core capability requirements for this role are:
Provide high level, timely and quality administrative support to IT Support Directorate. Coordinate and implement business support systems and processes that contribute to the improvement and efficiency of the directorate. Ensure efficient diary management and scheduling of tasks for Director. Assist in the preparation of submissions, approvals, and coordination of various correspondence, while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain positive and effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders through liaison with F&DD employees, managers and executives, and other divisions and departments as required. Work collaboratively with team members in prioritising support tasks and meeting deadlines under the direction of the Director IT Support. Prioritise, coordinate, and process requests for information, assistance, and business support services with accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
