As we expand, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Solutions Manager for our Regional Airports accounts to help guide this next chapter of growth.

In this role, you'll be the face of Daifuku for our regional airport clients across Oceania — developing and maintaining key relationships, designing technical solutions for new opportunities, and leading critical projects that keep this region's airports running smoothly. You'll be hands-on, steering the development of solutions that keep us at the cutting edge.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and executives, becoming their trusted advisor.
Lead the internal development of technical solutions and manage proposals for tenders—ensuring bids are innovative, competitive, and aligned with our business goals.
Oversee the handover of new projects to the delivery teams, ensuring a seamless transition with all critical info in place.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—from Project Managers to Commercial Managers—keeping a tight grip on project delivery and commercial performance.
Act as the driving force behind tenders, contract negotiations, and commercial success.

Eligibility to work in AustraliaKnowledge of new and emerging trends within aviation technology across all aspects, curb to gateCustomer orientated and ability to foster trust with partners through a collaborative approachPassion for continuous learning - as a dynamic and ever-evolving industry, you are someone who keeps abreast of industry trends and developmentsSolid, demonstrated experience in a similar roleQualification in Engineering, Software or Business (MBA)Previous experience within industrial automation environments with a proven technical management backgroundYou will be respected by your peers for your market knowledge, commercial acumen, ability to deliver and achieve revenue growth and profitabilityProven excellent coalition and customer building skillsAbility to build sound long-term client partnershipsStrong ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders including airport management, project managers and usersConfident delivering client-facing presentations and solutionsSelf-driven, skills to work independently with the assistance of a remote teamTendering and bid experience will be beneficialIn addition to your proven experience in the Aviation Industry, you will ideally have qualifications in Engineering, IT or Business (MBA). You will be financially savvy and a leader who sets clear priorities and is a persuasive negotiator. This is a unique opportunity offering career growth opportunities.
