They are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to work closely with the firm's Managing Partner.The OpportunityOur client is actively seeking a future Partner to join their growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a firm where you will be fully supported on your journey to Partner, including support with building your own client book.ResponsibilitiesManage internal and external stakeholders and find solutions for clients' needs.Day-to-day management of the team, including workflow and job reviews.Provide exceptional client service and be the first point of contact for clients.Conduct technical research to provide taxation and business advice to our portfolio of clients.Review financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements for High Net Wealth Families and associated entities, including Individuals, Partnerships, Companies, Trusts, and SMSFs.Support the team to deliver exceptional client service with a focus on quality and an in-depth understanding of client needs.Meet with existing clients of the firm and develop new business with prospective clients.Scope and manage budgets to optimize productivity for your team.Requirements6+ years of Business Advisory experience from a mid-tier or top-tier professional services environment.At least 2 years of managerial experience, managing and leading more junior members of the team.CA or CPA qualifications.Solid tax technical and compliance experience.Maven PartnersMaven Partners is a specialist financial advisory, accounting and taxation recruitment services business.
