The firm has a strong track record of success with hiring remote employees within Australia and is able to confidently set them up for ongoing success. You will be provided with a home office set-up and will have flights and accommodation paid for to visit the team in NSW occasionally.

The Role: This would suit a capable assistant manager or manager with experience in a client-facing role who is able to relate to clients from varying backgrounds. You will be supported by the Directors as well as a team of onshore staff that work in the office and also remotely.
The clients are SMEs, some with more complex group structures and turnovers between $2-40m. They come from a range of industries; however, primary production would be the largest industry from which they derive.
The work is a mix of reviewing tax compliance and tax planning work, assisting with more complex tax matters, identifying areas for value-add, and offering business advice.
