As a result, we're looking for someone keen to capitalise on a unique opportunity to join our new Business Review and Audit team.
This is a new role in a new team and we're looking to do something different in our approach to audit and assurance at BMD.
As an entrepreneurial organisation with an exciting future, the opportunities for this role are exciting.
Reporting to the Head of Audit, as a natural relationship builder with excellent communication and technical skills you will: Steer the development of the business review and audit program across all BMD operations.
Lead the business review and audit program working closely with our Cosource service providers.
Work closely with all levels of the organisation to develop value adding outcomes from the review program.
Contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of BMD operations locally and internationally.
Support efficient systems design, development and implementation.
Provide insights and advice to business stakeholders on the management of risk.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be an experienced self-starter with: A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, law, engineering or relevant discipline.
A tech savvy problem solver who likes to work with minimal supervision.
Passionate about the delivery of outcomes that make a difference.
Strong stakeholder relationship skills.
Ability to travel as required.
You may also have the following additional desirable skills: Prior experience in developing and implementing business review, continuous improvement or assurance programs.
Prior experience in program or change project management.
