Senior Business Project Manager - HR Systems Melbourne CBD $180k - 200k plus super 12 Month FTC Talenza are working with a client dedicated to transforming their HR systems and employee experience.
As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team and take charge of a critical implementation.
You
You will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in HR systems, ideally with Workday or similar platforms.
This is a 12-month FTC contract, so we are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running and bring expertise to guide this important transformation.
You will need to have:
Functional understanding of HR Systems: Lead the Workday implementation, ensuring it meets the needs of payroll, remuneration and benefits, and compliance with modern awards.
Budget and financial management: Track program financials, manage capital expenditure requests, and keep a close eye on the project budget.
Stakeholder engagement: Bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, including those with limited experience, ensuring they are engaged and informed throughout the project.
Workforce planning: Ensure the right resources are in place and guide the workforce through the project lifecycle.
Governance and reporting: Own governance reporting, ensuring leadership is fully updated on progress.
