Let's talk about the Role:The primary role of the Global Technical Services Group is to be responsible for the operations, systems and processes that deliver a premium service and repair experience to ResMed customers.
The Business Process Analyst will define and document processes, procedures, work instructions and data flows of business systems.
Be the subject matter expert for all systems and processes utilized within Technical Services and lead continuous enhancement of the systems to support business processes.
Track and monitor effectiveness of projects, recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.
Let's talk about Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Implement solutions by detailing business requirements as well as documenting functional and operational specifications.Carry out research and create requirements using document analysis and constant interaction with various stakeholders.Define scope and objectives for projects as a result of interaction with business owners and technical teams.Develop business cases and/or project summaries; prepare needs analysis and problem definition; identify current state, desired future state, and gap analysis.Ensure clean and accurate documentation that may include aspects such as business requirements, technical specifications, and write findings in form of reports.Develop technical solutions to resolve business problems and suggest ways for improvement and efficiency based on company and industry framework.Facilitate professional and constant communication with overall users on the status of production problems that might arise and inform them about ways of resolving issues.Assess, recommend, and implement business improvements and initiatives.Promote Continuous Improvement through the ResMed Business Excellence program Value Drivers.Define and document processes, procedures, work instructions and data flows of business systems.Ensure full traceability of requirements.Be the subject matter expert for all systems and processes utilized within Technical Services and lead continuous enhancement of the systems to support business processes.Provide end user training and manage systems testing activities as required.Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, some travel required.Let's talk about Required Qualifications and Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in medical devices or service/manufacturing/quality environment.Process development and process risk management experience.Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing requirements and to work on multiple projects at the same time.Adept in Requirement elicitation using workshops, interviews and brainstorming with users across different departments (technical and non-technical groups).Excellent requirement documentation and refinement skills focusing on business value and outcomes.Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented.Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.Adept in problem solving and resolving conflicting requirements.Let's talk about Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Experience driving digital transformation or automation of process in conjunction with software and IT teams.Proven Lean / Six Sigma Experience (Yellow or Green belt).Experience within SCRUM and Agile methodologies.Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.Working experience with BI solutions such as Cognos, Tableau.3+ years' Information Technology experience is a plus.Familiarity with tools (MS Visio or similar) to create business process flows.Joining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
