Job Title: Business Performance Coach
Job Description: The purpose of this role is to support SME and Small Business Leaders and Bankers in driving Sales Growth and servicing uplift resulting in deeper customer relationships.
The Business Performance Coach will report to the National Manager and be aligned to the State Managers. Support for the role will be provided via a consistent operating rhythm, live observational conversation coaching and group coaching.
Key Accountabilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build performance programs and provide critical insights. Gain stakeholder engagement to advocate for change. Increase leader and banker confidence on best practice customer engagement to support Sales, Service, Lending & Relationship Banking metrics. Performance coaching to deliver a sustainable outcome using behavioural coaching aligned to the group operating rhythm. Drive customer experience through the conversation framework & compliance. Support digital transformation across internal and external channels. Increase leadership capability through a consistent coaching cycle. What do I need? The successful candidate will have: Leadership skills with a performance edge. Demonstrated background in SME and Small Business Banking. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to translate strategic language into appropriate learning content to drive adoption and embedment. Ability to self-educate, acquire new skills quickly, and adapt to change. Experience in facilitation and coaching is preferred. What's it like to work there?
