Qualifications and experience 1-3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of business machines or related equipment. Prior experience in diagnosing and resolving issues in manufacturing machinery preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics or Engineering. In this role your main responsibilities include: Inspect and test machinery, equipment, and control systems to diagnose issues. Repair, adjust, or replace worn or defective parts and wiring as needed. Order, install, and conduct tests on new parts to ensure compatibility and function. Maintain thorough records of repair and maintenance activities. Train and support staff on proper equipment usage and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with vendors on complex repairs or specialized parts. Ensure all work aligns with safety regulations and operational standards. Skills Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with electrical and electronic equipment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members. Time management and task prioritization abilities.
