Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of BI Specialists, overseeing various data initiatives.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopes, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Act as the first point of contact for your team, providing technical support and resolving issues that arise during project execution.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to data governance and architectural standards.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in BI development processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deploy innovative BI solutions that address current and future business needs.
About You: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a BI leadership role, with a strong background in data modelling, ETL processes, and data visualisation.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in T-SQL and experience with technologies such as Snowflake and Power BI .
Strong modelling skills, particularly in Star Schema modelling, are essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data strategies.
Hands-On Approach: A hands-on approach, with the ability to dive into technical challenges alongside your team.
