About the role The Business Intelligence Analyst is a critical role within the IT function. The role is to ensure HammondCare gets the best value from its investment in business systems by data collection, analysis, visualisation and quality assurance.
This is a 6 month role with the possibility of extension. The role is based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities available.

NFP salary packaging ($15,900 tax free) plus meals and entertainment benefit (up to $2,650 tax free) Flexible working options, including hybrid arrangements Discounts on everyday products and services Discounted healthcare memberships - access to network of fitness centres and pools for employees and families Free access to independent counselling support for employees and families Reward & Recognition programmes Career and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities include Gathering data from various sources, including databases, external data sources, and analysing it to identify trends and insights Utilising data visualisation tools (PowerBI) to present data in a visually appealing and understandable manner, helping stakeholders to make informed decisions Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing data quality checks and validation processes Engaging with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translating them into technical specification for data analysis Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholder Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics and recommending improvements to existing processes and tools Providing training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports, ensuring they can effectively utilize the data available to them About You Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field At least 3 years demonstrated experience as an end-to-end Power BI Dataset Modelling, plus experience using premium features such as Pipeline Development Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query essential Understanding of data warehouse concepts Experience with SSIS or similar ETL tools desirable Exceptional stakeholder engagement at a senior level with the ability to build rapport with a diverse group of people Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong presentation skills Approachable, empathetic with strong relationship building skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights To Apply If you are ready to make a difference with HammondCare, Apply Now!
