Hays is partnering with a government organisation who is seeking a Business Improvement Manager.Your new companyHays is partnering with a government organisation located south of the river who is seeking an experienced Business Improvement Manager to join their busy team. This would initially be a 6-month temporary engagement with the opportunity to extend it for the right person. This role would be working full-time weeks from Monday to Friday.Your new roleYour responsibilities would include:Lead the design, development, implementation, and reporting of improvements to business processesCollaborate with senior management and stakeholdersAnalyse project performance and identify opportunities for improvementManage project interdependencies, drive improvement initiatives and maintain effective communicationMonitor deliverables, prepare papers and coordinate activitiesUndertake other duties as directed.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in this role, you will hold:Demonstrated experience in business improvementHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalWell demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and evaluation skillsExperience in management consulting or strategic advisoryRelevant qualifications or qualified by experience in a relevant field.What you'll get in returnFull-time working hours Monday to FridayWeekly pay cyclesTemporary contract extension possibilities for the right personLocated close to public transport and parkingWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
