Business Improvement Coordinator - ECU Staff OnlyGROWTH, ENGAGEMENT AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS CENTRE $92,087 TO $99,353 pa (HEW 6) JOONDALUP CAMPUS FULL-TIME, ONGOING Overview
The Communications Centre sits within Growth Engagement and Marketing Directorate and is the University's central enquiries team that manages all phone and digital inbound and outbound enquiries along with bulk student communications across all ECU campuses. The Communications Centre team's functional role is the provision of frontline advice/information, driving student growth, omni-channel enquiry management, electronic communications and support services to all ECU students.
The Role
The Business Improvement Coordinator will play a critical part in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, fostering creative thinking, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance both student and staff experiences, supporting acquisition, retention, and growth.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $92,087 to $99,353 per annum plus 17% superannuation. ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.
