Working across the Melbourne Metro area, directly reporting to the State Manager and supporting the senior management team, this role will ensure Mas National continues to grow in line with the overarching business growth strategy.

About the role: The Business Engagement and Workforce Development Consultant is responsible for initiating a broad range of growth & development opportunities and to further enhance synergies and efficiencies across the Mas National programs and Commonwealth Contracts.
This role works closely with the leadership team to prioritise the areas with the greatest need and collaboratively drive creative business solutions.
The purpose of this position is to identify, develop, plan, lead and execute activities that relate to the growth of Mas National in target and emerging markets.
This will be achieved through promoting existing & new services and identifying, building & deepening relationships and partnerships.
About you: We are seeking an experienced candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Ideally, you would have the following background: 5 years' experience in a similar role/business development Experience in multi-brand environments and experience in business, sales and/or marketing Strategic networking and collaboration skills, geared to converting significant opportunities into projects and new programs A track record of managing accounts and contracts, as well as providing services in the B2B, B2C and NFP markets Strong collaboration skills, and ability to contribute to cross-promoting the businesses Highly developed interpersonal skills and a customer-focused orientation Leadership experience across multi-disciplinary teams Demonstrated stakeholder management and negotiation skills Proven ability to cross-promote appropriate services & products to meet client needs Critical judgment plus adaptability and flexibility Have an understanding of Access and Equity principles Current Australian Drivers' Licence.
