About the Role: Join us as an Account Manager/Business Development Manager, leveraging your experience in construction or related fields.
This role will cover Western Australia and Northern Territory.
Responsibilities: Market analysis Business strategy development Lead generation Relationship management Solution presentations Contract negotiation Account management in Io T and Smart Home technology Enjoy the freedom and flexibility between visiting clients and working from home, with an occasional visit to our Sydney office.
If you have strong contacts in the construction industry and business development experience, this role is for you.
Requirements: 5+ years in business development or sales, with experience in building and construction.
Willingness to learn about Io T technologies and their applications in construction, electrical, home improvement, or accessibility.
Unique skills and experience in sales and construction/development that contribute to driving business growth and understanding client needs.
Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and execution skills.
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
