Business Development Manager - Marine Byproducts Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time Tassal has an exciting opportunity in a newly created role for a Business Development Manager – Marine Byproducts. We are looking to engage with candidates who can successfully cultivate and develop sustainable domestic and international relationships for new and existing solutions. This is a great time to be part of a growing team, operating within an Industry leading business in Aquaculture, you will have the opportunity to drive and shape your career guided and supported by seasoned professionals.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage and build new revenue streams as we continue to evolve our Product range and customer bases.
Our ideal candidate will have previous history in developing new business within technical and specialist Industry sectors, you may have worked in Petcare, Pharmaceutical or Medical supplies to name a few. You will be accustomed to driving and hunting new business and to achieve the necessary results you will bring high energy, passion and a commitment to the Tassal vision and overall strategy.
This is a full-time position located at our brand-new office in the convenient Sydney Olympic Park precinct. Our business is growing and moves at pace, if you enjoy a robust environment where you will be stretched and can learn from peers and leaders then Tassal may be the right fit for you.
Requirements The following attributes will lead to your success:
Experience in developing new business within Technical and Specialist sectors, e.g. Petcare, Pharmaceutical or Medical supplies to name a few An ability to understand and sell technical products to existing and new customers You will enjoy hunting for new business, professionally pursuing and delivering a high level of customer experience A high level of tenacity and resilience, this approach will be needed to influence and drive outcomes An ability to build and cultivate effective and sustainable relationships, both with your internal stakeholder groups and customers Strong presentation skills combined with commercial acumen and an analytical mindset Applications will be reviewed daily.
