Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Super + Vehicle + Bonuses
About the CompanyOur client is a leader in commercial landscape maintenance, providing high-quality services to a variety of clients, including corporate campuses, shopping centers, business parks, and residential communities. With a commitment to sustainability and aesthetic excellence, the company creates landscapes that enhance clients' properties. To support continued growth, they are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join the team and expand the client portfolio.
The OpportunityThe Business Development Manager will be a key driver of revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. This role involves identifying potential clients, developing proposals, delivering presentations, and closing deals. Collaborating closely with the operations and marketing teams, you will ensure that your team delivers landscape maintenance solutions that meet client needs and showcase the company's expertise. This could also develop into a more senior, national role down the track!
The RoleIdentify, pursue, and secure new business in the commercial landscape maintenance market.Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, developers, and other decision-makers.Develop customised proposals and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth handover of clients to operations.Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.Maintain and expand existing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.Achieve sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.The RequirementsCertificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens (Required)Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance services and industry trends.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.Valid Driver's License.Looking to Relocate?We are also actively recruiting roles in:
