Business Development Manager - Industrial LubricationTHE COMPANY
Our client is a respected leader in premium lubricant solutions, catering to industries such as automotive, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing.
They focus on delivering customized lubrication products designed to meet the unique requirements of different applications.
They are now looking for a skilled and results-driven sales professional with a strong background in industrial lubrication to spearhead sales and business development throughout Queensland.
THE ROLE Take the initiative to identify and connect with potential clients, offering them a full range of lubricant products and services tailored to their needs.Foster lasting relationships with customers by understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and surpass company goals.Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the advantages of our offerings to prospective clients.Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, leading to repeat business.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to align efforts and exceed customer expectations.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to remain competitive.ABOUT YOU Proven sales experience in the industrial lubrication sector.Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.Self-motivated, able to work independently, and driven by results.Technical knowledge of industrial lubricants.A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the designated sales territory.SALARY AND BENEFITS Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000Competitive commission structureSuperannuationCompany vehicle/Car AllowanceTools of the tradeIf you're ready to take your sales career to the next level, apply now to be part of a growing and dynamic company!
