TRAIL-LINK, a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance truck and trailer connectors, is looking for an experienced and well-networked sales professional to join our team.
Representing TRAIL-LINK and our associated brands, you'll work throughout Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia in a warm Business Development and Sales role.
The scope of this role is structured but flexible, offering the freedom to shape it based on your strengths and interests!

We're a family-owned business based in a newly built facility in Truganina, Victoria.
Specialising in the manufacture, warehousing, and distribution of top-quality truck and trailer connectors, supplementary plugs, sockets, and coils, we serve the heavy vehicle and commercial transport sector with pride.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the trucking industryHigh levels of self-awareness with the ability to adapt communication styles for different audiencesA solutions-focused approach to challengesFull work rights in AustraliaExcellent verbal and written English skillsKey Responsibilities Office-based position with regular travel throughout Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia to identify new business opportunitiesManaging and strengthening relationships with existing customers and end-usersIntroducing new products and expanding the product rangeParticipating in marketing initiatives and implementing business strategiesManaging our CRM and maintaining accurate recordsRegular reporting to management and collaboration with colleagues on national projectsWhy TRAIL-LINK?

This full-time role offers the chance to build a strong home-base and travel broadly, and to work closely with our Director, General Manager, and national BDMs, as we continuously grow our brand in the Australian trucking sector.

With a flexible start date, as late as January 2025, we will support you and provide comprehensive training and understanding to ensure you're well set up for success before working independently.
You will be entrusted to perform independently and well looked after.
