About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our Community Care team on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities, strengthening existing client partnerships, and exceeding assigned sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with forecast sales (weekly, monthly and annual basis).Meet individual and team sales targets.Research accounts and generate sale leads.Evaluate customer needs and build relationships.Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.Create and follow up on quotes.Attend meetings with existing and new clients.Offer a solution focused service and attitude to all tasks, issues and enquiries.Have in depth knowledge of company products.Maintain records (update client and sales account information).Continuous focus on excellence in customer outcomes.Skills/Experience RequiredMinimum 3-5 years of experience in the same/similar role [B2B/NDIS/community care sector].Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Hunter, results-oriented mindset.Highly motivated, self-driven with a can do attitude.Ability to work independently as well as within a team.Advanced computer literacy.Join Us!This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to join an established business and to play an important role in its development.
