Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Salary: $110k - $120k p.a.
+ Super + Car Allowance + Comms
An international freight forwarding company with offices across 6 continents, this company offers both personal and professional growth and is committed to training their staff from all departments and job roles.
Established over 150 years ago, this company specializes in air and sea freight imports and exports as well as supply chain management, customer brokerage, customs consultation, and warehousing & distribution.
The Position The Business Development Manager - Victoria will be joining a young and hungry team working from the Tullamarine base.
You will be given some ongoing accounts to manage but ultimately you will be responsible for developing your own business network all across Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
On an average day you will:
Source and develop new accountsManage previously on-boarded accountsVisit and present to customersPrepare sales presentationsCreate solutions for customers' needsOnboard new clientsYou will have the ability to sell all types of logistics and freight solutions to your customers, anything from project cargo, perishables, reefer, pharma, healthcare, and in many more verticals.

A salary of $110k - A$120k + SuperUncapped commission structureCompany phone and laptopThe Candidate This job would suit a candidate that has had recent experience selling freight forwarding solutions into any industry, preferably multiple different industries.
The ideal candidate will also have the following attributes:
Experience in both air and sea freightExperience in 3PL (third party logistics)An understanding and experience in customs clearanceBe able to operate autonomouslyThe ability to achieve sales targets set by managementIdeally, this company requires a no-nonsense salesperson who enjoys engaging their customer base on a regular basis.
