We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence and performance across a key territory.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the frontline of our growth strategy — creating new business opportunities while collaborating with a talented and supportive team to deliver customised, value-driven packaging solutions.
In this role, you will:
Hunt for new business: Identify and prioritise leads based on strategic fit and commercial value.Deliver winning proposals: Work closely with Sales Support to craft compelling, tailored solutions.Own the customer experience: Stay connected with your client base through regular visits and meaningful conversations that uncover opportunities and drive results.Bring insights to life: Leverage your understanding of customer needs to offer innovation, technical support, and value engineering ideas that boost customer success — and ours.Be the problem solver: Respond quickly and effectively to queries, escalating to Customer Service when needed to ensure issues are resolved with urgency and care.We're looking for a proactive, energetic individual with a passion for building strong business relationships. Someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys taking ownership of their territory.
Ideally, you will have:
