About the role: Lead and manage new business opportunities from initial research stage to qualification and finalization of the contract.Pitch ShopperTrak analytics proposition within the prospects and position compelling solutions that add value to the client's business.Engage with sales support resources to identify and optimize solutions based on customer requirements to ensure sales cycle moves effectively to maximize business revenue.Partner with the marketing and inside sales team to generate business opportunities.Seek and develop long-term customer relationships with a hunter mindset, and be self-motivated to drive your territory growth for people counting and shopper movement analytics solutions within the retail sector in Australia and into New Zealand.100% compliance with Johnson Controls Safety Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS).About you: 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Pre-Sales in people counting and shopper movement analytics solutions within the Retail sector including Apparel, DIY, and Consumer Electronics.Proven track record in working with the retail/shopping mall sector, particularly with an understanding of procurement processes and a networking background.Self-motivated, determined, results-driven, with a strong sales drive.Great relationship builder and team player.Good communication skills.Experience in selling IT solutions/Analytics Software/SAS background, API applications, and system integration.Proven track record in seeking and submitting tender invitations.Proficient in using Salesforce CRM.If you are interested in the role, please click the apply now below.
