About You: 3 + years' experience in business development or sales; food industry is a must.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong experience working with sales targets and quotas.
An analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction.
Experience understating market trends and competitors, dealing with supplier preferences, retailers, and wholesalers.

Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline, onboarding new customers while maintaining existing business relationships.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market dynamics, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to fine-tune sales strategies.
Evaluate sales performance and provide the team with actionable insights.
Swiftly resolve any sales obstacles to ensure a smooth buyer experience.
