Business Development Manager

ELB Electroboard Audio Visual is seeking a dynamic and results-driven technically minded Sales Executive to join our team.
This position will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our audio-visual collaboration solutions to Government, Health, Education, and Corporate clientele.
The successful applicant will be expected to work primarily on the road and from our headquarters in Chatswood.

For over 37 years, ELB Electroboard has been a pioneer and innovator in the delivery of audiovisual collaboration and unified communication services.
We are a global provider of integrated technology solutions that foster better communication, collaboration, and participant engagement across any location.

Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our audio-visual solutions and collaborative spaces.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the security, telco, or technology industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
