About the Role We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Sydney Branch in Wetherill Park to promote our full range of products and services to current and potential customers. The key focus will be to manage and grow the region's hire revenue across a portfolio of customers and major projects.
What you'll be doing: Promoting the full range of products offered by Orange Hire including earthmoving and traffic products. Developing growth strategies for both existing and new conquest accounts. Growing the customer base and uncovering new opportunities in the civil construction market. Managing relationships with existing customers. Increasing share of wallet within the existing customer base. Continuously maintaining a deep understanding of our products to be a subject matter expert for our customers. What will make you successful in the role: The ideal candidate will be an effective relationship builder who understands the importance of finding solutions for their customers. A strong customer service and sales focus along with a background in a similar industry (preferably equipment hire) will ensure your success in this position.
