About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Sensible Health Pty Ltd (NDIS registered support service provider) as a full-time Business Development Manager based in Ipswich, QLD.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's customer base.
What you'll be doing
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities Developing and executing effective sales strategies to win new clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers Negotiating and closing sales contracts within defined targets and timeframes Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns Providing regular sales forecasts and activity reports to the leadership team Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within the disability support and aged care industry At least 2 years managerial experience in disability or aged care industry is must Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on sales activities Degree or relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel within the local region to meet with clients as required What we offer
