An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at the Subaru Australia Head Office, based in Norwest . In this role, you will drive revenue growth and nurture dealer relationships. You will also develop, submit, and activate PartsLane-focused Dealer Marketing Plans, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you'll proactively engage with PartsLane customers, gathering feedback, encouraging orders, and organizing Key Customer Focus Groups to drive engagement and satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Distribution, you'll be instrumental in establishing PartsLane as Australia's premier digital genuine parts portal. You'll bring an exceptional work ethic, a passion for results, and a talent for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Create an exceptional first impression and build strong customer rapport at every touch point. Proactively engage with PartsLane customers through visits, gathering feedback, and encouraging orders. Monitor monthly revenue performance against targets and implement strategies to drive growth. Attend monthly Subaru Wholesale Dealer Meetings, delivering PartsLane updates and fostering collaboration. Strategically expand existing accounts by researching and suggesting new services. Engage with national customers and organizations to onboard and deploy PartsLane across their stores/franchisees nationwide. Explore opportunities to expand the network further. Assist in generating quarterly promotions and actively promote them within PartsLane Dealer Network and PartsLane Customers. Leverage Subaru's Wholesale Dealer of the Year competition to boost dealer performance with PartsLane. Collaborate with Subaru Wholesale Dealers to plan and execute quarterly PartsLane Marketing activities. Build and manage the PartsLane Dealer Reporting portal, offering insights to PartsLane Dealers. About you: 3 to 5 years experience in automotive Parts & Service. Demonstrated automotive industry business development expertise, ideally in Automotive genuine parts. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Proficient in analysing sales data and market trends for strategic insights. Skilled in developing and executing automotive sector marketing strategies. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Excellent collaboration in a team environment.
