The Harvey Norman Commercial Team is currently seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our Home Builders team based in Taren Point.
A Homebuilder Business Development Manager role is required to target the homebuilder market to promote all Harvey Norman Commercial Divisions. They must network with Homebuilder clients, provide excellent customer service with high levels of communication and organisational skills. They will be required to work with the homebuilder team staff members & other Harvey Norman departments to achieve sales results within the team environment.
To be successful you must have: Extensive experience and knowledge of the NSW Home Building industryThe ability to resolve issues effectivelySelf-motivationA commitment to teamworkPersonal and professional presentationYour duties include, but are not limited to: Develop new business opportunities across all divisions of Harvey Norman CommercialVisit sites and customer premises to build and maintain relationshipsEstablish new accounts in collaboration with Harvey Norman sales representativesNegotiate and create Homebuilder inclusions pricelistsProduct selection & recommendationGenerate quotations for clientsConduct showroom appointments with buildersCreate & maintain Homebuilder BDM databaseLiaise with suppliersAttend product training with suppliersAttend functions with customers & suppliersMake regular visits to account customer premisesWhat we offer:
