Benefits to working for this company: $70,000 - $75,000 + commissionsOTE $100,000 +Monday – FridayLeads given from an active sales teamAdministration and leasing supportZero portfolio managementFocus on Avoca, Terrigal, WamberalPathway to further career progressionExtensive training and onboardingWhat will you be doing in this role:Working closely with the sales team you will take leads and convert them into new managements along with networking and nurturing an existing pipeline to help grow the rental portfolio. There is a leasing and property management team in place so all you need to do is bring on the new managements and the rest is taken care of.
Sourcing new business opportunitiesConvert leads from both the sales and property management teamsOffer professional advice to clients to ensure maximum rental returnsOrganise and conduct rental appraisalsAttend sales open home inspectionsAttend sales meetings and inspect properties for salePrepare estimated rental returns for investorsManage process of approving new tenants with the LandlordManage and nurture new business pipelinePrepare investor pack for open homesThe right candidate will have: Experience converting new business leadsA current Class two real estate licenseSelf-motivated and driven by achieving targetsBrilliant networking and relationship building skillsA valid NSW drivers license and reliable carA sound understanding of the property management processConfident on the phone liaising with clientsTo confidentially submit your CV please click applyor call 0450 668 *** to discuss the opportunity withCarlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
