About the role Main tasks: As a business development manager, your primary focus will be to manage and grow accounts by targeting specialist commercial HVAC trade contractors.
Other tasks: Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist contractors, builders, and end users in the HVAC industryManage existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunitiesGenerate leads through cold calls and other outreach methods to expand the client baseCollaborate with internal sales staff and mechanical engineers to enhance product knowledge and provide customer supportDevelop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of HVAC products and servicesCreate and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve business goalsRepresent the company as a trusted partner to strengthen its brand and reputationWork both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environmentCommunicate and negotiate professionally and effectively with clients and stakeholdersParticipate in weekly in-office days to foster team culture and collaboration.
